They over booked the hotel and tried to send us to a different one despite sending me no emails are calls leading up to this. My partner argued and asked a manager and they finally let us have a room, but this was highly annoying and started the stay off negatively.

Traveled with my daughter and a friend for a concert. The staff was attentive and friendly. Derek was kind and went out of his way to help us quickly check in. Our flight had arrived late, and we were able to make it to our concert on time. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean with a nice view of the park. We had a perfect trip. Will stay again next time we are in town.
