The second-floor wall of windows showcases breathtaking ocean views, while the spacious kitchen, dining room, and island create a perfect gathering spot for meals, games, and family fun.

Relax on the top deck in an Adirondack chair to soak up the sun and ocean breezes, or enjoy the shade on the lower covered deck. Cleaning up is easy with both an enclosed outdoor shower and a boardwalk shower. Stay effortlessly connected with the Smart Home keyless entry system.

Beach Trip

Great family vacation at Holden Beach!Grandkids’ first introduction to ocean and beach. Weather was excellent. Not too hot. “That’s It” was perfect for our family (4 adults and 3 children). Four bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Beautiful view!!Loved the wall of windows on main floor. Outdoor shower with hot water definitely a plus!One serious concern was the steep stairs from parking area to lower floor. Definitely a dangerous situation with toddlers. The house was not as clean as desired. Had to clean kitchen sink and counters before preparing dinner the first night. Continuous ants on kitchen counters. Tile stairs from lower level to kitchen area also dangerous especially for small children. Furniture with glass tops not ideal with small children.Numerous light bulbs burned out in kitchen under-cabinet lights. HVAC filters filthy.

Great vacation spot!

The house was wonderful - perfect for our family vacation. Loved the location and appreciated that the house was fairly updated. Just be aware that house really is bare bones – no paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, olive oil, spices, beach toys or chairs, etc. – so you have to bring or buy everything you'll need.

property managers were prompt to answer any questions i had. few concerns the rug on outside stairs upon entry into house very loose . a few time splinters in fingers from handrails going up to kitchen could never pinpoint exact spot. home ocean view million dollar view. beautiful home thank you for sharing. mr.mrsknight and family

Excellent location and home

Extremely clean, well kept and perfect for families which is saying a lot because I am picky! Bring all paper products for check in because there was not even a roll of toilet paper. Dryer needs replacing because it took 3 full cycles to dry a small load of towels. Definitely worth renting again!

Lovely, lovely, lovely....

We brought our basic camp supplies box but did not need it. The kitchen is very well stocked - Thank you! We loved the wall of windows on the second floor. There are also plenty of books to read on cold windy days. It was such an enjoyable place.

Relaxing Family Getaway

This property was perfect for your family getaway. My mother in law wanted a house directly on the beach and ocean and this fit perfectly. Options of upper and lower deck was great for different parts of the day. Every room had its own bathroom which saved us that headache of taking turns. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our group. The island was beautiful with plenty of food options.

Delightful spring days interrupted by dolphin and whale spottings

Lovely beachfront property with phenomenal ocean views from second floor common areas and kitchen. The second floor deck does NOT have a roof and allows loads of light into the house. Great feature for those that want to spend some time on a comfy indoor sofa. Of course for those that want outside time they just need to walk out the door to reach the beach and the kid friendly low tide flats.
