The worst. Far from what’s advertised here. The booking was made in advance and the room was not even ready. It was dirty, no towels available, the excuse was “we do not do laundry on Sunday”, it smelt like it was used the night or day before I arrived. Found used condoms in the trash bin underneath the trash bag. Broken lock on bathroom door! Places like this needs to be reviewed annually by Expedia whether they should continue being advertised here!

The staff were nice and my room had a little bit of an ocean view. There was also aircon so that was great in the humidity. However, the room was so dirty, the toilet seat looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, the shower was so dirty I had to wear flip flops, the shower head hardly worked, the shower door didn’t close properly so the bathroom flooded when I showered. It’s like they grabbed a wet cloth and just smudged all the dirt and grime everywhere. The duvet cover looked like it wasn’t cleaned. I used my own pillow case because I wasn’t sure if the linen was clean. The floors and counters were slimy. I could keep going but I won’t.

Very clean room, good aircon, bathroom shower great hot water good pressure, easy access to town. We had early checkout no issues as the reception is open 24hrs. Only small issue the tv reception was not working.

The room was very clean and its close proximity to the city centre was most convenient for shopping. Privacy needed close attention as workers had a tendency of talking too loudly while at work. The meals apart from breakfast were substandard.

A very good location and a nice view of the port. The hotel is clean. Good breakfast. Security excellent. A bit noisy on weekend nights, but otherwise very good.

Very dirty, everything is broken, even though we paid for the breakfast, it was not served daily. It’s not worth the money. Rooms smells so so badly. When I wanted to cancel the reservation the reception for the afternoon shift told me that there will be a 70% charge for my reservation. There was no hands towels in the room. Condiments were never refilled.

The bed sheets had stains and were dirty, and the towels were also not clean. There was loud party noise outside that lasted all night. After we checked out and returned the key, we were told there would be a penalty because of an alcohol bottle found in the room. We have traveled to many countries, but we’ve never experienced something like this before. We were not informed about any such rules or penalties in advance.
