Bradley seemed to be everything and every where! What a strong team member and calm under pressure. Room was perfect- good beds and great shower. The breakfast was good food but complete pandemonium! Too many people, not enough tables etc!

It was a terrible night and I regret I made a booking at this place. First and foremost the staff asked me to pay even though whole money was paid while booking this hotel. No bath towels were provided and upon complaining at the reception, the manager said the washing machine is having issues. The most frustrating was the water started dripping from the air conditioner in the middle of the night and it was a horrible sleepless night.

Lovely & pleasant stay

I must say that I loved the stay at Holiday Inn Express Swindon - West by IHG. We stayed there for 2 days, 1 night. My wife, my 2 children (boy 7 years & a girl 3 years). The location was easy to find and we got parking space for our car, although the parking was close to full. Needed to register my car in the parking tablet. The check-in was smooth, the reception handed over the keys & explained everything about our stay that we could expect. The room was close to the lift and was quite & calm. The room had AC, TV, Iron & iron board, a cot, a double bet, a work desk with chair, a long mirror, coffee maker. In the bathroom, there was enough toilet paper, hand wash liquid, shampoo and body wash. It was nice & clean. The best thing was there was a note, that if we missed bringing anything like (razors, conditioner, moisturiser, or anything of that sort, we could ask the reception & they would compliment it & be arranged. The bed were nice and soft. The stay included breakfast which was nice & includes everything. There was a separate section for gluten free as well. It included, few different types of Jam, Bread, butter, a large toaster, fruits, yogurt, scrambled eggs, baked beans in tomato sauce, bacon, sausages, hash brown (lovely and crisp), coffee/tea, Choco/plain muffins, croissants, orange/apple juice, cold water & ice dispenser. The sitting were cosy and enough for everyone to accommodate The checkout was easy by just dropping in the key. Overall lovely experience
