Great location right in the Rocks and the staff are friendly but the hotel is dated. The room we had is tired and in need of a major upgrade. Toilet seat broken, bath enamel looks worn with silicone slapped around the edges encouraging mould. The air vent intake for the aircon system is clogged with dust bunnies and the furniture looks like it was picked up from the council throw out. Windows are filthy as well plus thread bare carpets. If you’re cool with that you can’t beat the location but for the price you’re paying they need to do better.

The hotel is very conveniently located to the cruise port. Unfortunately, the hotel is quiet outdated but cozy. The staff is very mice and helpful. Do not expect Hyatt, Hilton, or Marriott standards. I would stay here again for the convenient location and close proximity to everything.
