Food was okay but upon arrival we got a call from the hotel tried to call the reception back. No one answered when we arrived. Someone was just out the back but no one answered the phone which was very frustrating. Pillows were okay but very stiff to sleep on.

The room was old and dated. Unfortunately the air conditioner didn’t work so the room was extremely hot and the shower didn’t work properly. Raised this with reception but nothing improved until after asking again was given a fan on the last night.

I had a wonderful stay this weekend. The Mantra Hotel at Parramatta, was very clean and well-maintained, with rooms that felt fresh and comfortable. The location is excellent—just a short walk to all the main shops and restaurants, which made everything very convenient. What really stood out was the fantastic customer service. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Overall, a great experience and I would happily stay here again!
