Great location right in the Rocks and the staff are friendly but the hotel is dated. The room we had is tired and in need of a major upgrade. Toilet seat broken, bath enamel looks worn with silicone slapped around the edges encouraging mould. The air vent intake for the aircon system is clogged with dust bunnies and the furniture looks like it was picked up from the council throw out. Windows are filthy as well plus thread bare carpets. If you’re cool with that you can’t beat the location but for the price you’re paying they need to do better.

Old property. Very basic for the cost. Staff very helpful. Reminded me of the old motels out west of the coast but with no biscuits or little comforts in the room. Excellent position for The Rocks and convenient for cruisers. Will use again though.

Amenities was fab, laundry provided free powder, our room was next to laundry but they closed it at 9 to avoid noise. Hotel was soundproof, clean, staff were lovely. Conveniently located right by circular quay. Allowed us early check in as soon as they could. Hotel pool and jacuzi was nice and offered fab views for the bridge and opera house. Only downside to my score was it was a bit dated. Could do with some modernisation but it didnt affect our stay.

Great location and view of the harbour. Roof top pool nice. Parking is available but confusing when you first arrive and is very expensive. But upon saying that, price is probably on par with the area. Great bars and restaurants.

This was the perfect spot for a stay in Sydney Harbour area. We are from the States and it is our first time in Australia The location is perfect and extremely walkable to wherever you need to go. Great views of the Harbour from the rooftop/pool area, and the access to the gym (Anytime Fitness) just a few blocks was also a great amenity. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Could not have asked for a better stay in Sydney!
