Our room was perfect for our 5 night stay in Sydney. Had everything we needed and was very close to public transport, restaurants and shopping. The room was lovely and the bedding was very comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend and would definitely stay again.

Initially, the shower was spreading water all over the washroom, and the water continued running toward the door of the bathroom. The issue was reported to the staff. They were very responsive and addressed the issue quickly. Much appreciated! The complementary coffee is absolutely awesome!

Very clean room, comfortable beds and good amenities. They offer complimentary coffee between 6.30am and 9.30am and the baristas are excellent! Complimentary banana bread is offered in the morning too. Silkari Suites is in the heart of Chatswood. Chatswood Chase and Westfield shopping centers are next door, as is a range of incredible asian restaurants. Highly recommend - this is our second stay there.

The rooms could do with new carpets throughout. Rooms could be cleaner, they are ok if you don't look to closely. On the positive we did get clean towels everyday and bathrooms were very clean.

Clean and comfortable. The bed was super comfortable, best ever! Very good communication, helpful staff. We loved the free barrister made coffee in the lobby every morning. The kitchen could have been better equipped. There were only two of each which is not enough really, considering there is a dishwasher. Great location, just across from Chatswood Chase shopping centre.

Highly recommended to families, it’s a complete package felt like home for 2 days… Appreciate for staff support, cleanliness, neat and tidy room well maintained facility.. It’s totally a complete package … The complimentary coffee was so refreshing for the start of the day… Ample of paid parking facility with easy check in and check out any time of the day. Please provide some ceramic plates, the only trouble faced during the stay.. Rating 9.5/10

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Friendly staff. Close to transport and shops. We had a balcony suite but the only view we had was the building next door and the intersection traffic lights - it was disappointing given the extra cost for the balcony. Other negative was that it takes too long to have the security deposit returned to my account. It should be paid immediately after check out.

We have had multiple stays at Silkari and can’t fault it. The one bedroom apartments are a fabulous size for two people. Very quiet rooms, great restaurants and shopping within walking distance including Mana Mulan accessible from level 3 - great dumplings! Also free coffee each morning in the lobby. Can’t ask for a better location. Close to metro, 2 malls, Catholic Church, grocery, lots of dining options. Kitchen and washer/dryer in room ver convenient. Will definitely stay here again.
