Good hotel, 15min walk to city centre. Clean & friendly staff. Room could do with usb charging ports like most modern hotels offer. Breakfast is excellent, except weekends it opens 730am so if like us who had a tour booked for 8am it was a bit late and only gave us 10mins to grab something quick.

The hotel is located less than 10 minutes walking distance from the central train station and walking distance to all the highlights. A small shopping center is crossing the street. Included Breakfast has variety choices and was delicious.

location location location!! AMAZING

Amazing location! I couldn't have been happier with the location - close to the Flybussen airport bus stop, train station for trains to see the fjords & only 10ish minute walk to the water. Beautiful location near the lake and the museums. hotel breakfast was great too - lots of selection and plenty of seating space, despite being very busy.

The hotel is a great location for walking to restaurants and only 10 minutes from the fish market and wharf area. The included buffet breakfast is excellent! The rooms are small and there is no AC. You may think this is not necessary but the beds only have a duvet with no sheets. The small room gets very warm with two people breathing all night and no air exchange. We woke up hot every night. Small side note, the staff are friendly but not overly helpful. My wife fell on a hotel rug that had folded over on our first entrance into the hotel. Her view was blocked by others entering the hotel. She suffered a knee injury. The hotel staff never offered assistance or offered any help. We are both in good shape and active hikers. We were not expecting this hazard at a hotel!

A beautiful hotel in the heart of Bergen. Easy to walk to all of the sights we wanted to see; Bryggen, Fløyen. Very well presented, clean and extremely comfortable. Breakfast had a great selection and we were able to take a packed lunch of our picking for our day out. Would definitely choose Scandic again.
