The hotel staff were very nice, friendly and accommodating. The room itself was very small but I didn’t mind it. However, the bathroom had signs of mold and all the walls had yellow streaks, I also found some strands of hair in the bathroom. The bed itself and sheets were very clean otherwise.

This is my second time staying in this hotel. The room is small but OK for 2 people. Staff are super nice and helpful. It is close to the Taipei main station. Very convenient for MRT

Great stay except for one thing.

When we first arrive, Johnny the receptionist and other staff were very friendly and welcoming. We felt valued as guests staying at their hotel. The local was close to Taipei Main Station. The room was very clean and quiet. Unfortunately in the middle of the night, there was no electricity in the room. The staff quickly moved us to another room and gave us vouchers for brunch. The staff were very sincerely apologetic and we appreciated that. Despite this mishap (and the reason for not providing 5 stars), we would definitely stay again at the Hotel Relax II.

Location was good, staff were excellent and very helpful. Place had a slightly run down feel to it, the most annoying thing was a very strong musty smell in corridors and in the room, as if there had been significant water damage and was being remediated. The smell was unpleasant. The refrigerator was plugged in but didnt work . On the plus side, the location was good, we got a free welcome beer in the caffe downstairs, the bathroom was great and was good value for money
