Friendly staff and good location

Friendly staff and good location. Didn’t try the restaurant because too many good ones in town. It is located next to the MRT line. So a room on the high floors will be better. Will surely stay again if go to Taipei again.

The location is very convenient with two MRT lines and Exit right at the front of the hotel front door, with multiple bus stops around also. Staff are polite. Very positive experience in our four day stay there.

Hotel location is excellent. Free parking facility is good. I was confused about how to get the free parking, so I ended up paying for the first night parking. Hotel staffs were great. We left a folio in the room. They are able to delivery the item to me in time.

Absolutely perfect in every way

I loved this hotel and will definitely stay again. It is extremely clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the reception staff speak good English and helped me by writing a note in Chinese for medicine I needed at the pharmacy, there are lots of little restaurants and coffee shops next door and nearby, and it is directly in front of the red metro line and a bus stop making it extremely convenient to get around. Honestly I can't imagine needing to look for another hotel in Taipei. I was lucky to find this on Hotels.com simply by looking for a hotel in the Daan neighborhood which was close to where I had several of my meetings. Thank you Park Hotel!

Excellent location. Centrally located in Taipei. Approximately 20 steps from MRT (subway). Excellent reception staff, offered assistance in booking packaged tour, ordering train tickets, offering directions. etc. I would book this hotel if I return to Taipei. And, recommend the hotel to friends visiting Taipei.

Happy stay

This hotel is very convenient, very near to train station. There are many eating place near the hotel as well. Hotel does not have breakfast, but you get 10% off on weekday and 5% off your total bill on weekend at Swenson, which is in the hotel for hotel guests. Price for breakfast set are very reasonable and big portion. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly, especially Bibby, the concierge guy, always smiling and helpful. Appreciate and please reward his great service. There is another man staff at the front desk who is also very helpful who i would like to thanks him for his great service too. We are on the king room, Room are spacious, clean and comfortable. I will stay in this hotel again if i go back to Taipei. Our room face Taipei 101 with full view.
