The hotel is near station, but need to know which exit to come out. Lots of shopping & dining. Easy to travel anywhere. The only issue is no sign of hotel name outside, took a while the hotel is in 19th floor.

the best location to stay,super convenient to access all subways and express train to airport right across the street... free laundry self served at the hotel also love they have the services of helping the customers to purchase the pineapple pastry from chiate and the price is so much cheaper than buying it from 7-11store ( unless u dont mind to wait 1-2 hrs on the line at the original store.

A few minutes walk from Taipei Central station. The rooms are clean and the housekeeping staff were doing a good job. The front desk staffs were okay but welcoming. But if you have questions they would answer or assist. But the carpet in the hotel hallway is too old and not clean. It should be changed.

Good location that’s right next to Taipei Main Station so it’s convenient to get around. The staff are very friendly and daily room cleaning was provided! The lounge also is a cozy space that has a good view of the city.

The rooms were really comfortable and clean, staff were all terrific and knowledgeable, the place has a lot of character. Hallways were ratty and the carpet was very worn, but something about it was very charming in the end. Maybe it was the quiet piano jazz that played 24 hours... As we continue to travel across Taiwan, I find myself missing things from this hotel that aren't on offer in the other places we've stayed in, like an easy to access water machine, a coffee maker, and a laundry room.

Exceedingly convenient to get to, just minutes away from exit Z2 of Taipei Main Station (or exit Z4 if you need the elevator). Located on the 19th floor of the building, the hotel offers spacious rooms, a lounge with microwave oven, fridge, sink, and water dispenser, as well as a laundry room with free-to-use washer and dryer. I have no complaints about the room at all - a large bed, three chairs, ample storage space, a clear TV, and a decent bathroom with a tub. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, and I would choose this again next time I'm in Taipei.

Nice hotel. Clean and quiet but the location is the key here. Being across from Taipei main station is very helpful for getting around Taipei. Lots of good places for to eat within a few minutes as well. Perfect location

Only 2 things I like to mention it.. 1. The carpet is too old and dirty total worn out with uneven carpet padding easy to trip on it. 2. The bathroom has no cloth hangers can only put clothes on top on the toilet very inconvenient, other than that I was pretty much enjoy to stay.

Hotel was easy to locate thanks to info sent by the hotel ahead of visit. Check-in time of 3pm seems to be strictly adhered to. Room was acceptable but worn-out carpets on the common corridor were quite unsightly. There's a lounge where water and food utensils are available for guests.
