This is a decent, wildly overpriced airport hotel. Vanilla facility and rooms. Service was especially bad (e.g. no coffee pods in my room for morning coffee). Poor service was especially noteworthy with the airport shuttle, spotty service and 30 minutes late for a scheduled early morning run...waiting guests had to scramble for Lifts and cabs...will not return!

This hotel was not ready for guests and everything was very evident upon arrival after a 7 hour drive to get to the hotel and find the parking lot full of construction containers causing difficulty in parking. The hot water not working just made it worse and the water leak outside my door in a bucket dripping all night was very annoying! The on duty manager was very rude stating that I was lucky I didn't have a roommate due to their over booking. That was of no fault of mine. I would have loved to have stayed in a different hotel then I could have gotten some sleep without listening to a constant drip in a bucket all NIGHT! The parking lot was inexcusable. This hotel should not have been open for business! I would really appreciate at the very least a partial or full refund of my costs to stay there in a bootcamp experience! DO BETTER!

It was great! It was the first positive thing to happen after a nightmare arrival trip and unexpected "no-show"cancelation from the hotel we were supposed to stay at (Wingate Wyndham Downtown--HUGE thumbs down) after our flight was delayed and were forced to fly out from Seattle the next morning. Everything about this hotel helped turn things around. Everyone was friendly, it was clean and comfortable, and they let us check it early--VERY much appreciated after a sleepless night and with 4 kids in tow. Thank you!

Our first room smelled so bad we couldn’t stay in it. They changed rooms and that one was fine. Entire property need a renovation asap. Heat/air conditioning needs improvement. It’s very noisy when on and temperature was not accurate or controllable. We would not stay here again and cannot in good conscience recommend it.

The hotel was very rundown. Many things were nonworking or out of order. There was a large leak in the ceiling in the hallway. The room smelt terrible. There was no soap or lotion. It was dirty and just overall not a good experience in the least.

The lady at the front desk who checked us in was very friendly but that didn’t make up for the terrible condition of this hotel. The hotel itself was outdated as well as our room. The room smelled musty and old. The towels were something I would use for my dog. We did not have hot water for showers. I would definitely not recommend this place!

This was one of the most poorly kept properties I have ever stayed at in my 64 years. It is far and away the worst property I have ever seen at over $400 per night! Broken things, missing things everywhere….the ac in the room was broken. room smelled musty, carpeting wore out, door lock bar broken….i could go on and on. Just awful. I can’t believe Wyndham would approve anybody staying at this terrible place…and certainly not at $400 per night.

Hotel run down. Had to change rooms due to stopper in bathroom drain stopper stuck in down position with rusted and broken parts on the floor underneath. Next room ok. Hallway carpet filthy dirty. Had to take early airport shuttle in the morning. Shuttle late. When front desk called him, he hung up on her. Would not recommend.
