Staff was amazing but the property needs some work. We stayed several years ago and it was so nice definitely gone down hill. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut or lock, air wasn’t working when we first arrived, toilet had a broken piece on it and the tub was not clean.

Happy hotel stay

There’s nothing better than staying in a hotel where the staff is so service oriented, along with courtesy and friendliness. Excellent place to stay if you’re going to Busch Gardens.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights, and it was an awesome experience! Right from the start, the front desk service was amazing, and I have to give a special shoutout to Keke—she was fantastic. This is probably the best bang-for-your-buck hotel near Busch Gardens. The free shuttle service is a huge plus—just call them, and they’ll pick you up from the park and bring you back to the hotel. Super convenient and a great way to avoid parking fees at Busch Gardens. Overall, we had an excellent stay, and I highly recommend this place!

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Front Desk lied to me, I booked a king room, when we got there, the keys room didn’t work. Had to go back to the front desk went back up to our room. It was two queens. Went back down to the front desk for the third time. I told him I ordered the king, they told me too bad. Take what you got. There are no more kings available when I was ready to leave then a gentleman said here here’s a room for a king and gave us a king room, Execution of service was pathetic, the area was disastrous crime everywhere, armed guards in the front . Look like criminals casing the parking lot. Crime everywhere!

Zero for Cleanliness

Our first room had a strong urine smell, and I suspect the sheets were never changed. After requesting a room change, the second room wasn’t much better—it had black spots all over the bathtub. The only redeeming qualities of this hotel were its convenient location near the park and the helpful front desk staff. If not for those, I would rate this hotel a zero.
