Our room, for the price, is concerning! This room is severely outdated, featuring what can only be described as motel-grade amenities. However, despite the very old and outdated furniture and general eye-sore that this room is, it *is* clean and the beds are comfortable.

People in the court yard were loud all hours of the night. Felt very unsafe walking through the property. Extremely humid in the room. Needed to set the air conditioner in the low 60’s so it didnt feel damp. Wall tile laying on the floor in the bathroom. Bathroom door would close tight on the bottom. Fixtures rusting from the humidity. Beds and pillows were good.

Horrible! The rooms are dirty. Needs updating. Chipped paint. Front desk attendant rude. Advertised restaurant and bar, it has been closed for two years. Hallways dark, dirty and unkept. Photos of the hotel are grossly inaccurate. Don’t stay here.

Lost our room

They advertise as pay when you arrive but when we arrived they had already ran our card. They ended up charging one person for three rooms and when we had plan to split the bill for three separate cards. The one wasn’t able to cover it they canceled one of them. We were never notified and didn’t find out till we arrive.

Oh where to begin . The shuttle driver drives like he is still in NYC , pretty sure he gave the lady in the front seat an MI . Next onto the rude, the front desk have an attitude when you ask them a question. Don’t take the stairwell, homeless people live in them. A strip club Next door, so if you have a front room you’ll be up till 3am listening to everyone race their car out of the parking lot. Restaurant closed , looked close for a long time. Room was clean thankfully.

Staff were not welcoming. After a long drive, entered my room, laid on my bed to find it smelled of body odor. Called down to request my bed linen to be changed. Waited over a half hour and no one came. Had to walk down and request linen be changed. There were no apologies, finally someone came and changed all my linen. Booked this hotel because I thought there was a restaurant on site as advertised.. Arrived to find there was no longer a restaurant there.

bare minimum stay

This place is super outdated and falling apart. It was fine, we slept fine. Mattress was SUPER squeaky. Skimpy toiletries. Space had some damage and needs an update desperately. Breakfast was standard, only hot item was waffles. Toilet struggled to flush. Shower pressure was very low. TV channels are limited. Like I said, we slept ok. But it's bare minimum.
