The hotel looks nice from outside only but the rooms are in a bad condition, old furniture, cheap mattress and no cell phone chargers, I called the front desk and she said you can either use the electric outlet or if you don’t have one just use the TV usb!!. The first room the hotel staff checked us in, it was cold and I tried to turn on the heat but it wasn’t working, I called the front desk someone said the hotel is very booked and can’t change your room but we will send the technician to check the heat, they send one and after working on the heat for 30 minutes they ok the heat isn’t working and we are going to change the room. The second room we found the bed wasn’t clean, roaches everywhere in the room and the bathroom. I called the front desk again and they said there’s no other room but will send someone to check. The hotel never send anyone and for the 3 days of my stay I was dealing with the roaches as my girlfriend was very scared of them and felt disgusted. I’ve some pictures of the roaches.

I had to stay at this hotel for a soccer tournament because the manager of my team booked it. It was like living at a road side old hotel. The room was old with hardly any hot water. The furniture in the room was dilapidated and didn't seem clean. The breakfast was absolutely terrible with waffle makers that bately worked, horrible pre-made breakfast sandwiches and over ripened fruit. This hotel needs to be shut down or renovated immediately!!!

Frank was great in the morning but the night shift lady was not very good. Our shuttle was supposed to be booked but wasn’t after we were promised that it was done. Thankfully Frank saved our bacon. More lights are needed in the complex as it’s very dark at night.

Front desk when check seemed like she didn't want to be there. Then she charged not only for the deposit but she charged for the room that I already paid for 3rd party. The gentleman in the morning refunded it, but then got another charged for the room and the charge that we were supposed to have for parking. Called and left a msg for the mgr. Problem was fixed but never received a call back.

Providing eggs, breakfast sausages, bacon for breakfast options also, instead of just breads, breakfast sandwiches, bagels, waffles, and juice. It can get boring eating the same thing for breakfast each morning.

This hotel was a complete disappointment. The staff and manager were rude, unhelpful, and showed zero concern for guests. The room was dirty, smelly, and nothing like the photos online. Customer service was terrible — every time I asked for help, they acted like I was bothering them. I would never stay here again and don’t recommend this place to anyone. Spend your money somewhere that actually values guests.

The rooms were dated and one smelled like smoke. There was no clean towels for a two day stay. Towels cost extra. We had to purchase lysol and bleach to clean bathroom ourselves. Entire hotel had cracked and chippings everywhere. Chairs in rooms were soiled, used limited towels to cover before sitting. Should've taken photos.
