The first few day's was fine. We had to extend the stay, we told them we would keep the same room,just clean it went out all day came back the room wasn't clean. The lady at the front desk shavon was like call this num is the general manager she might give u a discount. No sorry nothing. When i inquire about a next room she walk to the back an said she cannot deal with me,i started to get loud the next guy came out this not offer to help but he said he will call the police i said call them.

First time at this hotel, it was clean, quite and very welcoming. Loved everything except the front desk that charged mistakenly 448 instead of 100 deposit which i realized at checkout. Besides that minor hiccup, looking forward to my next reservation

The worst part and the only reason why we booked this hotel was the shuttle service from airport to hotel. We call 3 times and keep on saying it’s coming . After 2.5 hours of waiting the 10 of us decided to take the taxi . Arrived and the one behind the desk took no responsibility about it.

Room OK. Counter attendant not very useful and rather slow. Hangs up on callers. Gives partial info. Shuttle was a bit frustrating. I was suggested to call hotel by the taxi dispatcher. Turns out the hotel is using a private van service with unmarked cars... don't just wait for the pictured Ramada shuttle

the front foyer was welcoming....the rest of the place was old and run down. I got sick of hearing that they were full to capacity with not seeing many patrons there....Front desk SHAVONNE was rude and inconsiderate...not a person to be working front desk/customer service.We indulged at free breakfast the first day...the people running the area couldn't wait to get us out. We kept having to ask for things....fruit, pancake syrup.... There was no safe in the room or hand towels and facecloths. The free offering of shampoo or conditioner...our bottles were EMPTY. The microwave in the hallway was FILTHY???? Looked like someone died in it. The hall was dark and scarey!! Awful place to stay and I would never recommend it nor would I ever stay there again. The best thing was the shuttle driver to the airport HE WAS AWESOME!

The room needs care, upgrades, and deep cleaning. There was rust and dirt visible on commonly used items like the bed lamps. The popcorn ceiling had obvious patch marks done by someone with a can-do attitude but not a professional.

It's a bit grotty but I was only there a few hours. The bed was comfy so did what it needed to do. Hotel shuttle only runs once per hour. Receprion staff were quite blunt. I had to leave early so missed breakfast so can't comment on that other than to say no discount was offered and no takeaway optionoption.than to say no
