Compare Ski Hotels in Tampa

Worst hotel ever! No hot water! Had to wash up with cold water!!!! There was a dead dried up roach on the bathroom door. Bathtub was patched and rusting. Bed mushy. Floors need sweeping. I stayed because I did not have energy to search for another place and did not take cancellation insurance. Also had not planned to stay overnight but had to. Did not plan on spending money on a hotel so looked for an inexpensive one. I guess that was a big mistake.

Although the room assigned was not finished be cleaned the desk staff resolved the issue right away and the amenities served us well!

The room was fine. Beds comfy. The room was alittle outdated and the bathtub was cracked alittle. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was also great. The pool was clean but you have to get up early to get a seat. We enjoyed are stay here and the price was good for spring break time

The staff Samantha and Araianne were awesome . The hotel was dirty and the bathroom door looked like it had been kicked a few times there was holes all over it and did not close property. The toilet was running the hotel room was dirty.. the airport shuttle was late a few times that we had to use it. There’s plenty of hotels in the surrounding area. I would definitely choose a different one and maybe they should hire the two employees that helped me because they were excellent.

Room was clean, daily room refresh was good (but not always did they replenish the coffee supplies), buffet had some variety but not high quality foods, the staff was friendly and helpful some were hard to understand, the shuttle was down and they offer to reimburse for uber rides but aren’t able to on the spot for guests that
