Still trying to get things back to normal after the hurricanes. The only bad thing was the outdoor waterside patio is destroyed. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and plan on returning this year.

We were in Tampa for a quick stay and this property was perfect. Near the airport and highways to go any direction. The pool was heated, but the weather a bit chilly to use. The bar-restaurant was a real plus.

For our short trip, this was a perfect place to stay. We have two young kids and they absolutely loved the heated swimming pool while my husband and I could have dinner at the poolside restaurant patio.

My stay here was actually the worse. My room was on the 4th floor (only room available due to high volume at the hotel this weekend) which wasn't a problem. However, my 1 year old grandson was walking in the room and we got security sent to our room multiple times just because he was heard walking around the hotel. It was very frustrating especially for the amount of money I paid just to stay there for 2 nights and how other people act like children dont stay at the hotel. Also the night we checked in to the room our toilet was broken. It was very inconvenient because we had family come visit and sit with us for a while and they had to go use the restroom at the pool. Another complaint I had was I went to the front desk to ask of housekeeping could come and give us fresh towels and some more toilet paper and the man at the desk at the time told me that housekeeping only works on Tuesdays and Thursdays of every week which is disgusting especially considering that everyones germs are literally just staying in the suite until one of those days to come to get cleaned. And we had to go in out of our way to buy our own toilet tissue for the remainder of our stay. Overall our stay wasnt great at all and may not be back. Too many issues for one weekend.

The accommodations were very clean but dated. The tub finish was peeling off. The view was disappointing. I chose Bay view but after arriving would select pool/bay view. I would stay again for short trip but would not choose for an actual vacation. The food onsite was good and staff friendly but overall disappointed in view, room, and choice in general

Upon arrival, we had issues with uber being granted access to enter the property to drop us at the door as well has when they picked us up. If the property is providing free uber from airport for your guests, you should let them have access to drop off at the front door. A couple of us have walking issues. then to top it off when we arrived the elevator was broken, I understand that stuff happens but then they should have offered assistance since rooms started on 2nd floor as well as check in. one of my rooms fortunately was on the same floor as check in, other room they tried to assign to 3rd floor after me telling them we couldn't go up the steps with our luggage, and no offer to assist with that. The internet was not great. the rooms were ok but need some maintenance. Like cupboard doors that don't close all the way. area rugs would be nice since its tiled floors and they were cold. Also front desk needs to listen to the guests when checking in, she kept trying to give us parking passes, after she had booked us an Uber, twice. Apparently didn't hear us the 2 times we told her we came in the Uber they provided. Also confused by having to sign off that my room was clean and acceptable before I even saw my room. Seems weird you would agree to something you haven't seen yet. This place looked awesome by the pictures, we got in a little later, grateful there was a food shack open on the property. Food was so/so. Location was great tho, view was great except some prop damage

A RIP OFF!!!

I came to the hotel thinking I was going to get what I seen in the pictures on the reviews and I got exactly the opposite. Before arriving I called to ask questions about my check in and etc and I got a very confused person on the end which left me very concerned. I arrived to the hotel to get a room with a tub that had hair in it and multiple cracks along with a moldy smell and a balcony to look over and look at the broken pool and fences surrounding the hotel,I was grossed out so I went to ask for another room, the second room was worth then the 1st room , the smell hits you hard as soon as you walk in to the room, the tub was dirty and had stains in it along with a creep in the floor as if someone was under it. I went back to the front to ask for a refund and I was told to go talk to hotel.com . As of today i am out of 246 and disgusted with the whole situation and really frustrated of the time I wasted and the audacity that this hotel has for charging so much for motel rooms. Please save your money and go elsewhere.

Dirty & bad tenants

Hotel staff were great, helpful, very respectful but place is dirty as ever, do no stay here. Floors feel grimy, back door that leads to balcony is broken, no way of shutting it. We discovered that people also live here full time and treat it as their playground, not being respectful of neighbours at all. Example 1: The couple above our room was heard arguing at 11:20pm until maybe 1:15am, can’t be too sure because I was finally able to fall asleep to their yelling. Only to be met with one of the most obnoxious people in their car who pull a fun little stunt that happens the next night as well. This includes revving their engine for 5 mins then flooring it down the straight road. Example 2: Falling asleep early just to be woken up by someone banging loudly on the door above us, for, I kid you not, 10 mins, just straight knocking on the door. It stops then continues, does anyone say anything about it? No! awesome. Example 3: Wednesday and Thursday night, someone starts up their car and plays unbearably loud music on their speakers but doesn’t move for 10 mins to make sure everyone hears him, then blasts down the road without a care about others. Both of these instances happened at 11:30pm.

The pool and restaurant/bar was nice. We did not receive our complimentary bottle of wine. We also had to call her two days for them to finally bring us some new towels.
