I have been returning to PlayaLinda for several years now. In fact, I actually had to delay my beach portion of my Mérida trip in order to accommodate my strict preference for this hotel. It was my fault, as I waited to long to book and the ocean front unobstructed views room were all booked up. Anyhow, it’s always my go to In Progresso, even with all the changes I have seen happens to the beach town in the last decade or so, Playa Linda is still hands down the best hotel available. Thank you guys for everything!

Great location

Overall good. We were on the 3rd floor and the steps were a lot when there was no toilet paper or towels. I went down for those. Then realized I didn’t have wifi code so had to go back down for that. Pretty basic room on the inside so didn’t have a view but that’s ok for one night. Perfect location. No parking. Air conditioning worked good. Bed was comfortable. No frills.

The staff was friendly & helpful. The facilites were clean & in good working order. The hotel was in a good location, right on the beach. Next to alot of shops & restaurants but still not too loud. It was a great stay.

Great option in Progreso

Overall a good stay. Clean room, comfortable bed although no fitted sheets, nice balcony to enjoy the ocean view. Hotel a bit dated but located on the boardwalk. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Only issue was the drain smells - sink needs a plug. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend.

Excellent location on the Malecon, Brand new grocery store very close shopping, bars, restaurants , beach it's all here steps away from Hotel, They have stairs only thing I wished was different however, Check in was very smooth easy, young man working front desk carried up my bag very grateful. Good value for money. Staff are very friendly and pleasant.
