The room and breakfast were fine. However, when we arrived, they did not have any parking available-- advertised free parking was one of the factors in my deciding to stay there. Instead, they directed me to a city parking lot about 8 mins walk from the hotel-- parking there overnight cost me an additional $19. The hotel made no offer to compensate for this.

This property is clean, beautiful and good at the restaurant is really good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Specially Don Edgardo. Orbitz messed up my reservation and didn't want to fix it. I reached out to the property and spoke to Don Edgardo and he was able to fix the problem.

Al mirar en los registros aparece una tarifa diferente y la pagada es más cara que el haber tomado una habitación directamente en el hotel. Me siento estafado, pues pague un 20% más caro. Las personas de recepción, no fueron empáticas y no ofrecieron ninguna solución.
