Excellent customer service and very friendly staff Restaurant excellent - ate in the main restaurant for dinner and again for breakfast. Both times very good experience. Really nice decor Room - clean, good size, had a small balcony area, bathroom could do with an upgrade as looking a little tired in places, tv, kettle, hairdryer, safe, robes, very comfortable night’s sleep Lesuire facilities - hot tub not working properly so not producing bubbles, main pool cold, relaxation room calming, good sauna

Room was a fair size, comfortable bed, water tea and coffee provided, only thing I would say could be improved was the quality of the pillows , just seemed to lack the required support Bathroom was huge, with excellent shower facilities Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

Small but adequate room hotel reception rooms are spectacular and pay for breakfast was first class.

Breakfast was excellent! Lots to choose from . Staff were really helpful & friendly. Just what we were looking for at Elm Grove lovely & relaxing place to stay ☺️ lots of advice on places to see like caldey island which was amazing.
