We didn’t have a fridge. We hadn’t been informed of that beforehand. Otherwise a nice hotel.

View was amazing. Awesome location.

Mostly good. Staff were super friendly. Nest was clean. Bathrooms could have done with being a little cleaner. A lot of hair on the floor and tissue was there in the same place for the 2 nights I stayed. Take sleep mask as the nest dont go dark and ear plugs for the nosy neighbours and banging doors.

Very convenient, close to the underground station and well priced for a London hotel.

This is a chic hotel a short walk from Westminster and all the major attractions in central London. Note that if you are arriving by Underground, the District Line Station at Earl's Court is about 15 minutes away. Very good breakfast. I like modern hotels in London at reasonable prices and I would certainly stay here again

Ideal for a stay before an early flight. Room clean and bed comfortable. Very quiet with little internal or external noise. Would benefit from bigger reception / bar area as it was very crowded. Unfortunate to have to queue at a busy bar just for a bottle of water for the room.
