United Kingdom ski resorts

The hotel has a great location with good hospitality. We always enjoy staying there. Juts it could be better if the amenities can be more satisfactory.

Small capsule, ideal for a bed for the night.

Great location and nice staff

Kids loved Hell’s Kitchen. Hotel is really cool and the location is amazing. Lifts were frustrating mind as Not all in service

There were plenty shops nearby and open till late. One thing about the room was that the bathroom has no heating and, therefore, felt cold. Probably the idea is the room warmth flows into the bathroom. That only works if you are happy to keep the bathroom door open. A point to consider.

Excellent central London location and very near Russell Square underground station. Clean room with comfortable beds. The curtains do not completely cover the window and the hairdryer blows cold. A little noisy as a vast hotel situated around a courtyard with cafes and bars. The double glazing doesn't keep out the noise. A good place to stay if you just need a place to sleep in a great location.
