Aún no me regresan mi depósito y lo peor fue que me cobraron prácticamente doble la habitación llegué más temprano fue la explicación pero también salí antes solo estuve ayer dos horas y media y entregué si cobran por entrar antes porque no descuentan si no me quedé nos pidieron 212 más y no nos an regresado nada. Anteriormente había otro personal más amable y me permitía entrar antes del tiempo sin cobrar más

Lack of luggage carts. Only 1 luggage cart available. I asked for a 1st floor room and was told "housekeeping" wanted everyone on the 3rd floor. Since I was moving to another state, my car was full of personal belongings which I had to haul up to the 3rd floor. When I checked out, the luggage cart was missing. I was told a guest must have had it in their room. Which meant I had to haul everything back down to my car when I checked out taking about 5 trips up and down the elevator. If you only have 1 luggage cart, maybe attach a AirTag to it so you can find it if a guest keeps it in their room. The room itself was ok.
