The room was ok. The beds are too small for two ppl to sleep on and Rm 331 view really sad, roof top and alley scenery and our bathroom had old bar soap in the shower left and sugar holder in coffee was dirty and spilt sugar in the holder wasn't wiped out and no trash liner in trash cans. There was a red spot stain by the little chair. TV is too low on the countertop when you lay down on bed.

The AC did not work in our room. This is a higher end hotel who’s nightly prices would warrant functioning AC. Upon notification of the problem the hotel did have maintenance come to fix it quickly however the AC stopped working again sometime during the night and we absolutely roasted. The windows were not operational so we were not able to find relief there either. The sink in the bathroom would barely drain so you can imagine how disgusting it became after just washing hands or brushing teeth when the entire basin was full of murky water. Although this was not the fault of the hotel, there were several loud/rowdy guests staying on our floor whose 2:00am conversations in the hallway continually woke us up. Needless to say, I will not be staying at this hotel on our return trip through the area.

Blankets should be replaced, blankets were wore out and stains. The desk clerk didn’t want my family to check in because I forgot to bring the credit card I reserved the room with. Security asking my family what we’d were doing. Very unfriendly and unwelcoming. Breakfast was excellent and healthy in protein. We didn’t mind parking our vehicle alone.

The service is bad. The heater did not work in the room. I got a room with a double queen size bed. They did not get me what I needed. They got me a cot poor service did not like it. Awful customer service never going back to this hotel ever again.
