I made a reservation on 12/13 for that same saturday 12/13 but in error i booked for 12/20. I called within the 2 hour window to let expedia know of the mistake they contacted the hotel but the manager was not willing to work with them. I arrived at the hotel manager was so unprofessional and was not willing to work with us. The staff seemed careless as well. It was so upsetting. This hotel has poor customer service when it comes down to helping the client. I rebooked with them hoping to get a refund, but was just advised they have denied the honest mistake. I do not recommend this hotel, eventhough i have stayed with them numerous time.

Okay…… the place was very nice. It was very well. Located close to a lot of places to eat now the staff let me tell you something I live in Los Angeles, California and I’m Hispanic, but I’m brown. They were not very nice. They talk to you down like if you’re begging for a place to stay when BRUH… I got money to spend there still I felt like they were looking down on us and we were well dress. It’s not like we show up looking like homeless room was very clean. Very nice. I like the fact that in the bathroom, they have everything that you need that you forget your toothbrush they have it They have the rugs with the complementary slippers and that was kind of cool property is well located and very quiet. You don’t really hear a lot of noise this by being right in the center of the city. I will stay there again, not for the staff, but for the place itself.
