We loved our time here, but several things made the stay challenging—especially when traveling with an ADA guest.
There are many stairs with no railings, poor lighting at night, and very tight spaces, making it difficult for mobility, families, or luggage carriers. The property is not well suited for accessibility.
I booked a villa for 8, yet only received breakfast for two, which was misleading. Food options were very limited. Pool towels cost $10, and requesting fresh towels required exchanging dirty ones, which felt inconvenient. There was also no ice available.
The room was clean with plenty of toiletries, but no additional amenities or extras.
The property is beautiful, but due to accessibility issues and limited inclusions, it may not be the right fit for everyone.
