The experience was great! They were amazing a total 9 because they were doing some work around my room which looked unfinished. It’s very picturesque. About a block away from the main puerto Nuevo strip! The bar is stocked. The buffet dinner is pretty good. The rooms were great!

Great service.

Service is fantastic. Beautiful views from restaurant at breakfast and wonderful service. Large selection for breakfast. Bedroom was large, but without views. Bedroom and style is dated but clean. Pillows were hard and thick. Walls were paper thin so you are at the mercy of whomever stays next to you. A party entered the room next to us at night and sounded like they were in our room. We don't have children and didn't use the pool, but this looks like it would be a fun place for children. They have a beautiful pool with ocean views and a large playground with ship like obstacle course for children.
