Tokoroa Ski Resorts

This is not a hotel/ not even a Motel, it is an absolute disaster zone, no bar fridge in room, walls cracked/bath is filthy/ big spider webs in bathroom with bugs caught in it/ I would rather camp out in a tent than ever putting my foot back there, the owners should rather sell and demolish that building. ITS BAD and I took pics to prove all I have said above

Great location, walking distance to Ngnongotaha shops and the lake, 12 mins drive from Rotorua central - pet and family friendly, well appointed - all new, functional kitchen implements for example, which is just fantastic. Arriving and knowing the pans will work and not smoke out the house was wonderful. Fully fenced back garden if you bring a dog. So immaculately clean that I tried to put the lettuce through the fridge shelf into the vege bin! Warm, dry and really friendly host with super fast communication.Perfect set up for our family of four for a short stay.Only note - lock box hard to see in the dark on arrival, so bring a torch on your phone or whatever if you arrive late :)We were only there for the marathon this time, but will likely stay again for longer and enjoy the local attractions.

Staff was super lovely and accommodating. Animals were so friendly. Only thing to keep in mind is laundry hours if you arrive late or leave early. Definitely come back here.

It was a good deal for a night. The room was clean but the door to the bathroom was not working and we had issues with the water as it started to get colder after every shower. Only some minor inconvenience but it was a really good stay. Will book again if we see in the area again.👍

Older however clean and tidy.

Room was clean but a little dated. Bathroom sink was very small. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Had lots of information about local attractions and activities. Had functional guest laundry which I used. Stayed an extra night due to weather events. Kitchen was very functional.
