The extractor fan in the bathroom was full of dust and fluff. Looked as though it had never been cleaned after installation.

Clean room and very helpful staff.

Good spot near shops restaurants and just across from lake. Clean and nice bed. Just a bit tired Only there overnight so didn’t need anything extra. Reception very helpful

Clean and well kept

Tired. Small room. Minute bathroom ( step up to shower). No character. Disappointing.

The hotel gave us an accessible room as it was the last standard room available however we were not told on Expedia this is the room we were booking. This room is at the back of hotel, ground floor and surrounded by the car park with metal stair case next to the room. It was noisy, lacked privacy (had to close curtains in the day time) and a little shabby. The only way we could move was pay for an upgrade.
