The hospitality was top notch, the workers were very friendly and helpful. They had everything you could possibly need right in the room, toothbrush, hairbrush, razors, hair ties, etc. The beds were painfully hard, maybe a bit softer than the floor.

The hotel is located very conveniently. There is one station just near the hotel and another one in short 10 min walk. Sensoji temple and shopping streets are in a fee minutes walks. A lot of dining options are around the hotel too including famous Japanese pancakes. View from the room is stunning. Rooms itself are clean and spacious. There are also few restaurants and bar (on the 28th floor) in the hotel itself. The only downside we found was breakfast. For such an amazing hotel breakfast options were very limited and did not change at all in 8 days. We ended up not having breakfast here

The room could have been cleaner, there was mold on the air vent and quite a bit of dust. The staff was good but the hours for the services such as restaurants should have been displayed better such as Sunday service hours. Or letting people sit at the bar section of the lobby restaurant while the other area is reserved so that we didn't have to leave the hotel to find food.
