This hotel was nicely situated within 20 minutes walk of a lot of fun areas and a 4 minute walk to Hatchobori Station. The room was super spacious with great little kitchens and the hotel had a great laundry room! We really appreciated the friendly and very helpful staff as well. We will definitely be back and search it other Mimaru hotel when we visit Japan again.

At first, I was hesitant about being "so far" (1km) from Tokyo Station, but after staying here I learned there were so many metro/subway stations nearby that could take us to all parts of Tokyo. Three minute walk to two helpful transportation stations with four major lines. GREAT location in relatively quiet part of Tokyo. There is not a lot of hustle and bustle and noise like Shinjuku and Shibuya. Staff was very helpful, easy to communicate with in English. Riri at the front desk was very helpful with storing and delivering our luggage to Narita after check out. Laundry room available on 2nd floor, 300 yen for wash and 100 yen for 20 minutes of dryer (needs 2 cycles of 20min to fully dry clothes). Three min walk to two Lawsons, two 7-Elevens, and one Family Mart. Good food nearby - favorites include Coco Ichibanya, Hanamaru Udon, and even Yoshinoya hit the spot. Would definitely stay here again, it felt like home.

Overall it’s a nice apart style hotel. Walking distance to Tokyo Station. I like the layout of beds and the area with table and bench. Lots of space to hang your clothes. No laundry inside the room while the laundry facility on 2nd floor is chargeable. I stayed at other Mimaru before so this is different setup. They offer luggage forwarding services. I would say shipping within Tokyo is overpriced. While shopping outside of Tokyo is reasonable.

Welcoming and helpful. Laundry area – laundry basket and the washing hanging racks were very useful. Good size room with kitchen area with a table and chairs – made it easy to eat a meal together. Good size freezer + fridge. Bathroom with a shower/bath + change of towels good. Able to leave luggage. Clean and things working in rooms. Convenience stores very close.
