The hotel itself is impressively large. The room itself was ok, the bathroom quite dated, the beds were quite firm. The room coffee was not so good. The air conditioning was finicky. I’d lower the temperature and then the setting would jump back up. The breakfast buffet was ok. One positive was that they had non-dairy yogurt options. The views were fantastic, the staff was super friendly. The lounges were very nice.

Great hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay

Convenient location with direct airport transfer bus. Easily accessible with Shinjuku station 2 mins walk away. Love the view from the hotel and the high floor. Makes one feels relaxed and comfortable. Only the bed is hard and pillows were uncomfortable.

The hotel is very convenient to Shinjuku station, but in a quiet area where it feels more calm. Lots of dining options close by. The hotel room is very dated and generic. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable.

Ideally recommend to anyone planning a holiday to Tokyo as the hotel location has the most convenient areas around via a vis train service at finger tips besides is a very safe neighbourhood.

Hotel lobby looks nice but room is very basic and dated! Minimum service, breakfast is the same every day. But hotel is at a premium location, 5 minutes walk from the train station, lots shopping, restaurants around.
