Staff were very stale and unhelpful. We were charged twice upon check in for the room and there was little support or resolution as to when we would be given a refund. Ultimately we dealt with a financial provider to retrieve the funds.

Everything is far away not convenient at all. For people who likes shopping, this is not the place for you. Everything is around 40mins train ride i wouldnt suggest this place. Next time i will try near shopping center, but the employees and the facility itself was great thanks to all.

This was a great property 10 min walk to Tokyo Dome. A Family Mart across the street with convenient restaurants and train stations nearby. The breakfast was especially delicious and a great option. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Great Hotel and close to two train stations making it easy to travel to various parts of the city. Buffet restaurant on site was excellent and surprisingly affordable. Great selection of food and didn’t disappoint. Would definitely stay here again!

The area around the hotel was safe and multiple metro stations close by. The hotel was very clean and staff were so helpful. Would stay here again and recommend to friends and family! We were a family of four travelling with two kids (7 and 10), and also elderly parents (65 and 75).

Good stay, tiny room

Another comfortable stay at Metropolitan Edmont in Tokyo. My only complaint is that the room this time was so small, it made me claustrophobic. My husband and I had to take turns to move arund, as the space would only accommodate one of us.

This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel because of its convenient location. If you’re planning to explore Tokyo, this is the place to be. The room is a bit small and has a more traditional hotel feel, rather than reflecting Japan’s finest traditions.

The staff was welcoming and friendly but wasn't happy that we were charged an extra $100 cad for each child. Selected correct ages during booking and room had 4 beds but was still charged extra. I wouldn't have booked if I know it would cost nearly $600 per night.
