Staff were very stale and unhelpful. We were charged twice upon check in for the room and there was little support or resolution as to when we would be given a refund. Ultimately we dealt with a financial provider to retrieve the funds.

Really glad we picked Metropolitan for our stay in Tokyo. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Plus it was equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The reception staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The hotel is near numerous transport links and there are cafes, convenience stores and restaurants in the vicinity. Highly recommended.

Customer service was amazing, the staff are very nice and helpful. The room I had was clean and cozy, fitting for a one to two person stay. The bathroom is spacious with a nice bidet and tub. Lastly, it’s close to the main stations and very convenient. Definitely would mark this down as a hotel to lookout for when looking for a place around Tokyo.

Recommend!

We loved this hotel! Very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. We did not use all of the amenities, but they had a gym, laundry, communal microwave, and helpful staff. The bathrooms were stocked with a few personal care items too. It is also right across the street from a Family Mart, and a 5 minute walk from a train station. If we ever find ourselves in Tokyo again, we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great hotel, walking distance to many trains. The air filter in the room was very dirty, looked like it had been years since it was changed...there was a ton of dust hanging out of it...otherwise I would've given the property five stars. Staff was very friendly.

This hotel is tucked away across the canal from Tokyo Dome and all its plentiful restaurants and things to do. It’s convenient to both Suidobashi and Iidabashi metro stations. Just know that it seems dining options are more limited on weekends with many smaller dining places closing on weekends, but the good news is that with a 10-12 minute walk, you have endless options at the Tokyo Dome area. There is a small terrace mall next door with some adequate options during weekends and a great coffee shop across the canal (Rec Coffee). Would stay here again!

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay. The rooms are meticulously cleaned, comfortable and quite large by Japanese hotel room standards. The property is opposite a familymart and is within 5 minute walking distance to metro and JR line trains adding extra convenience.
