Room was kind of small, lobby is nice and beautiful and we were expecting a better room since it was quite expensive but we got a small room which we were not happy with. Breakfast was ok but not on the best side, again comparing to the price we paid, we were expecting something better. We have got the same quality breakfast and room in much cheaper hotels in Tokyo. Also the location was not really good,

We really liked this hotel. One of the few places in Tokyo that offer a Queen sized bed and for a relatively affordable price. Staff, location and cleanliness were great. And it just a short walk to Tokyo Dome and 2 train stations. Overall, very please with out experience here.

Excellent experience! Very good cleaning service. Attentive and friendly staff. I received a package and they delivered it to me quickly and carefully! I highly recommend staying here! A quieter neighborhood compared to other areas of Tokyo, but with everything you need.

The only issue was the check in. I was made to wait, only to be told to use the kiosk check-in. But the staff were so helpful otherwise. Always friendly and respectful. The property is clean and convenient to trains. The rooms are a bit smaller, along with bed than other hotels outside Tokyo. But always clean and organized.
