Not for business travelers but good location
Overpriced hotel. As a business traveler I expected a desk in the room. There was a tiny table barely big enough for a laptop. The chair accompanying it was very uncomfortable. The room was very dusty despite the air cleaner. I also disliked having to go to the 9th floor ( reception) from the 15th floor, and then take another elevator down to the street level. The location in the city is great but I will look for a hotel geared more toward business travelers next time.
I have stayed in many hotels rooms and this is one of the quietest place that I have stayed despite it is right to a busy road.
Very convenient to get on Ginza Line. It goes to most of places. Opposite the hotel, there is a mall and full of restaurants too.
Overall, I am glad that I chose this hotel and I will come back to stay for my next visit.
Room was too small for 3 people although it was triple twin room for 3 people... looked like they converted a twin room to a triple room by adding a smaller bed... also the public bath did not have any towels for guests to use and public bath rules not monitored... had a lot of people go into the hot water tub without washing and one girl even brought her phone into the tub!
This hotel is in a business district. The area is less busy and not overrun by tourists. The hotel was easy to reach by various subway lines. We found many restaurants in walking distance. The breakfast buffet was excellent - they serve mostly Japanese and a few Western dishes. We loved their bar, which offers daily Happy Hour, excellent cocktails accompanied by classy Jazz.

Highly recommended
The hotel is beautiful and the service was excellent. The room seemed small at first but I realized everything is small in Japan. The breakfast was really nice and the bar had spectacular views. I would definitely stay here again.
We really liked our stay at Mitsui Garden. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and room was spacious by Japanese standards. Enjoyed the onsen which also comes with massage chairs (my husband said no massage chairs in the men's onsen) and overall quiet and peaceful vibe. I'm not highly familiar with the neighborhood but seemed convenient enough. A short walk to Kanda led us to a street teeming with small eateries. We were on our way to a different restaurant, but the area looked interesting enough for us to return to further explore.
Really nice hotel with a very good location. It's half block from a metro stop which will get you anywhere you need to go. The "underground city" around the metro stop is full of great restaurants, too. There are lots of fun "hidden" secrets in the neighborhood. The only thing I wish was different is that the room is tiny / tight but that's common for Tokyo. I'd definitely stay here again.
This hotel's convenient location is a strong point. However, the room sizes present a significant challenge. Guests may find the limited space somewhat restricting. Improving the room design for better functionality could enhance the guest experience. Providing more storage solutions would be a valuable addition.
