Stayed at this hotel and had a good time. Staff are very kind and do their best to help you, however room cleaning does not occur daily, so adjusting expectations is required. Other than that the establishment would benefit from few touch ups to modernize.

Amazing front desk customer service, super great location, and family friendly. Super clean as well. Completely breakfast was an actual breakfast which was amazing. One thing was the lady running the breakfast was not very friendly like at all.

One of the Best Stays on the Road / Truly Deserves Its Rating My wife and I have stayed at many motels during long-distance drives, and Best Western Falcon Plaza Motel stands out as one of the best. The property is exceptionally clean, with no odors in the rooms or common areas. The environment is quiet and relaxing, perfect for a restful stop. The staff are friendly and welcoming, adding to the positive experience. While the location is slightly removed from a major town, the surrounding area is tidy and well-maintained, with nicely organized streets. The motel offers excellent value for money, and we found the high review scores to be accurate and well-deserved. We would absolutely recommend this as a top choice for anyone passing through the area, it’s definitely a place we’d stay at again.

Not a place I’d stay again

I got off to a bad start here. I arrived at 2:40, check in is 3:00, but the place is empty, one car in the lot. The clerk told me check in was 3:00, he can’t change the rules. The room was clearly a rehabbed smoking room. In fact the entire hotel smells like a rehabbed smoking hotel. The bottom 10” of the shower curtain was stained brown all the way across. The room safe was locked, so unusable. The front desk’s response was “OK”, no offer of assistance. The pool was out of order, the hallway ice machine was out of order. I went to get coffee on our last day, the only time I had gone to the breakfast area, and was told only decaf coffee was available. On the positives, the deck and view of the Lake at the back of the hotel is great. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioner is powerful, and will freeze you out if you want. Water pressure is good, and plenty of hot water. Overall just a sad, run down place.
