This hotel is a most if you are looking for a great stay in the Toronto area. Close to mid- Toronto and surrounding areas. The staff were amazing. They were always welcoming, courteous and their recommendations when on point. The shuttle bus from the Pearson Airport was always on time which I greatly appreciated. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. They have a restaurant with a nice menu.

The staff at the hotel are fantastic. Helpful, friendly and warm. They take a really good, well priced hotel - good amenities, nice rooms, clean, good food -and make it great. I’ve stayed here multiple times and this place and the fantastic staff have never disappointed It’s a pleasure to stay here and I highly recommend it.

It is a perfect property which we use all the time. Staff are excellent and go beyond. Rooms are immaculate and breakfasts are great altho it would be great if opened earlier for early morning flights. My only complaint is timing of shuttles which only run every 30 minutes and both times recently we have just missed them by minutes. It would be nice to have ad hoc pick up times if this happens so you do not wait an hour.
