After an extended travel day , Reception immediately understood our fatigue, especially as seniors with mobility issues. The check in was done quickly and we were offered a room on the main floor & very close. We gratefully accepted the offer. Breakfast was great with lots of choices and it was kept very clean. Having staff handle our luggage would have been appreciated, but the carts and room on the main floor made it manageable.
