Stayed here the night before a flight. Check in was quick, easily got information regarding shuttle service, and checkout was great. Shuttle service to the airport was quick and painless, the driver was very nice

Great airport hotel

The hotel staff were so helpful even letting me check in 5 hours early. The room was lovely only thing I missed was a kettle, but saying that there was tea and coffee available downstairs for 24 hours. The airport shuttle minibus is ace once you realise you need to phone for it!

We were booked with Hampton Inn but when we called for the shuttle were told that they moved us to the Crowne Plaza with a very small room, defective heater, frost on the windows. The restaurant at the Crowne was good. Excellent breakfast buffet.

The Hampton Inn did not honour our pre-paid Expedia reservation, instead bumping us to a different airport hotel because they had a large group booking at the Hampton which somehow trumped our booking made, and paid for, 5 weeks earlier. Bad business.

It was good. There was some misunderstanding regarding the shuttle from the airport. We were told it was running 24/7 and then they back tracked and said it was only running until 8pm. Then a shuttle showed up and took us to the hotel?!?! So it was a bit misleading.

We never stayed at the Hampton - the hotel moved us to the doubletree Hilton near by ( said they were doing renovations ? ) we knew before we came - place was a little dirty and dis organized at the front desk because they were full . Restaurant was good otherwise
