The staff were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was delicious and even provided gluten-free bread for toasting on request. The free shuttle was clean and prompt. The driver helping to put bags on rack. We would stay here again

Your staff at the front desk were amazing with a capital “A”. Sukhbeep & Kanishak were absolutely fabulous. The help they gave me saved my trip. I forgot something to do with my medication and they helped me navigate the internet, then how I was going to go get what I needed and then called me an Uber …all of which I had no idea how to do. I was so stressed and they relieved me of it. I’m just an old woman not tech savvy at all but they took care of it. we thought we could get Uber Eats to pick up my items and deliver for free but I ended up signing up for a monthly subscription however Sukhbeep helped me cancel it. What a woman. So I can’t expound enough about your staff. You have 2 of the best front desks k clerks I’ve ever come upon. I hope t

Good value and conveniently located within a couple of kilometres of Pearson Airport terminals. Very busy when I was there, but staff patient and helpful, coped well. Surroundings are the airport support areas and not very appealing. Hotel is getting older, and an elevator -- one of only two -- was out of service, which was inconvenient with the large number of people checking in. The room however was quiet and clean.
