Bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned, don’t get me wrong it wasn’t a disaster at all, we expected the cleanup to be better. Except that everything was nice, super comfortable bed & the hotel location is amazing! Literally beside a police station, couldn’t be more safe. Staff was pristine & friendly, check-in & check out was easy! Would recommend!

Not much around the property but if you need accommodation to attend something in the area the location is fine. Lots of easy parking and convenient to the highway. Rooms are ok, a bit rundown but beds are comfy and rooms are equipped with fridges/microwaves and great TV. If not driving - I would find another location more suitable to walking.

The service and check-in was fantastic. The staff was generally pleasant and happy to help with any request. During our two night stay, I was not expecting my room to be cleaned but I was pleasantly surprised when I returned to my room to find the maids had fixed the beds and replaced the towels. Since Covid, this service has gone by the way side and it was nice to feel treated again. This property was a close to Canada’s Wonderland and many dining options as well as several malls.

Best hotel and service I’ve had with my family.

Staff was very friendly from check-in/check-out and housekeeping staff. Pool was very clean and taken care of. Rooms were stocked with the good name brand hair/body products. The buffet style breakfast had very good options. Really enjoyed watching the pancakes be made with a push of a button.
