If you get a room where the windows are floor to ceiling it’s beautiful. If you get a room with a tiny window with a view of the ugly patio it’s mid. The black lady at the front desk is an absolute B word. Another guy was the nicest guy in the world and even offered me a room upgrade for my gf and i’s anniversary for the second day and to check in with the manager in morning. When I went to claim my saved room, the black lady acted as if i was lying. She said she knows all employees and that what that a saved room for me was not likely. She was extremely rude and didnt smile or greet me any of the times i passed the lobby. Following day I saw the dude who promised the new room and he said “Hey what happened! You didnt show up for the room is saved for you! (bc the lady just dismissed me) I expected my room to be a little nicer for the price. Location is good. No parking included. I parked under dundas square it’s about $35-40 a day. The breakfast package was included in my stay and was good. The bathrooms are beautiful i will say.

Best hotel room design and quality in Toronto.

Probably the nicest hotel rooms I've stayed at in Toronto. Feels more like a luxury studio condo, complete with a FULL designer kitchen. Marble everywhere from the bathroom to the kitchen and furniture. Nice, classy gold accents too. Floor to ceiling window city views.

Helicopters landed each day on the roof of the hospital opposite in the early hours. Plus on Saturday evening there was loud music till late into the early hours. Apart from that the hotel was decidedly basic.

Our stay was top notch! Highly recommend this hotel. We stayed in a king suite, with mini kitchen, full table, living quarters, king bedroom, large bathroom with a full sized shower, and in-room laundry units. There was plenty of closet space to store clothes and luggage. Staff was friendly and very accomodating. Great location to shopping, restaurants, and transportation via subway system and trains.

I stayed at the Pantages for the Ben Harper show at Massey Hall. I was upgraded upon arrival and my room was amazing. The staff was great and the hotel even liked my social media posts. I will definitely stay here anytime I am back for a concert at Massey
