It was ok, the front desk was kind, the room was dirty, we had 3 rooms in total and something was always wrong in at least one of them. Toilet didn't flush properly in one, the tub plug didn't hold in one, and then the heat couldn't be adjusted in another one. Overall it's good for what you paid for, TV's are really hard to work, and extremely outdated, sad that you can't stream on them. - got a voucher to stay, but couldn't use it, due to hours of our availability vs. when the areas were open. all good though, we probably wouldn't stay here again for the Toronto Gift show again.

Wonderful clean hotel. Close to trade shows and airport. Staff very friendly. Onsite restaurant was delicious breakfast and dinner. As a bonus it is all Canadian!

We had an early flight and were woken up by the fire alarms and had to go out in the freezing cold at midnight. Tried to get back to sleep to get up early which was difficult the front desk was excellent and so friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy. Everything would have been a 10 out of 10 if not for the fire alarms

We made the mistake of thinking the shuttle would come to the airport, since the other hotels loop repeatedly, and we were told it would come around by airport staff. We paid for a taxi, and upon checkin the staff was amazing and did what they could to improve our experience. The room was spotless, and the beds were comfy. We did not have a long stay, but we appreciated the time.
