I had a bunch of billing issues this visit. I was charged for an extra night and I was charged a $300 fee that wasn’t refunded at checkout. The room attendant didn’t take out the garbage and we were unaware that we had to place a sign on the door requesting service until the 3rd day of our stay as the tag had fallen behind the tv stand. It’s a great hotel but the service could be better.

I liked this hotel very much. Having a restaurant on site was a complete bonus. Airport shuttle too! My only issue with the room is that the bathroom had no safety grab bars. While showering, the tub felt a little slippery for me but worse for my 86 yr old aunt.

Stayed at this Sandman for one night and it was wonderful. The hotel is very clean and everything is nicely appointed. The front desk staff were so welcoming and friendly. Went to Moxie‘s for dinner and had a great meal. I love that they give you a $15 off coupon as well. My room was spacious, comfortable, and one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The only downside is the noise from the aircraft, but it’s right next to the airport so that is to be expected.
