We stayed in an executive king room for a few nights in march’25. Check out the amenities brochure they send you before your stay. They went beyond my expectations for surprising my husband. The room and bath were delightfully decorated & the treat delicious. Oh, the lovely luxurious bath was a hit. A bathtub is getting more difficult to find in hotels. We all don’t want to wet our hair every time we wash plus a bath is perfection. Hair & bath items smelled wonderful. Very quiet room with a comfortable couch. It’s only 2 big seats so not for sleep but perfect for cuddling or a nap maybe. The glass door between sitting/bedroom is pretty but not soundproof. My hubby just used headphones to drown out my business call. The auto shades are nice but they should have a little explanation on how to use it. The TV remotes are bricks. The TVs do not take fire sticks but front desk mentioned they are changing out the tvs soon. I usually like lighter themed rooms but I was comfortable with the darker decor. I’m happy to have finally tried this hotel & will come back. The heated bathroom floor was a smart move.

We loved the stay and the staff but we weren’t overly impressed with the breakfast we got for room service. It was stone cold lacked taste and was initially missing the toast we ordered with it

The staff went above and beyond during my stay-cation, my only feedback is that there are limited breakfast options for room service and that it starts at 7am. Something to maybe begin earlier if there are those that eat (like myself) around 6/630am. Otherwise was so relaxing and would book again!

Really enjoyed the bathroom soaker tub and the convenience of the walk in closet, and the room layout was really nice. The service was excellent and we were able to extended our stay by checking out late. Would recommend staying here!

Beautiful hotel with great bathroom. Very kind to my pet and the hotel restaurant, Moretti, was excellent. Walking distance to lots of downtown including TIFF lightbox. The only downside was that I had to call to get out of the garage each time I left as the garage did not register my car despite my filling out paperwork.

Fantastic

Second time spending a weekend at this Hotel and it was just as amazing! Spend Valentine's Day weekend here. Made arrangements with the hotel concierge to decorate the room and provide wine, chocolates etc and they did a fantastic job.

Nice hotel but not worth the price.

Hotel room was nice. The room service pricing is a bit much for the extra add ons where ubering food is cheaper. Also parking lot is shared with public parking and public parking lot is still underground. It's cheaper to pay for the parking lot through public than hotel parking because it's $50 per night with the hotel whereas the public parking which is still in the same lot is $15.
