The hotel in general is clean and well laid out. The foyer and front desk are welcoming. The hotel room itself is very outdated, the sliding door to the balcony didn't seal properly so a cold breeze was always present. Pulling the bedsheets back revealed some very nasty, crusty stains. The housekeeping didn't come for awhile, but it was eventually replaced. Overall, it wasn't bad, but it was great.

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff at front desk very helpful and courteous. Close to amenities such as Tim Horton's and a Market place. We did not dine in, so we can't comment on food, nor did we have breakfast as we left early. It was nice to have a balcony, although too cool to sit out, but nice to let some fresh air in. Would stay again and probably will do as close to Sunnybrook Hospital.
