Wished the bed was more comfortable, woke up sore. Otherwise it was a nice hotel. The sink in bathroom was to low and the running water is to ackwardly placed to the sink itself its hard to wash hands or brush teeth.

I liked that it was quick to get to the don valley parkway. Parking filled in quickly and was still able to find a spot. Pillows were long than the pillowcase in my room anyway. Remote was dirty. Did use the wipe provided to clean it.

My hotel was near where I wanted to be, fairly easy to find and provided me with all the comforts I required. Staff were helpful, pleasant and professional. There was a restaurant that provided me with courteous service and meals. I would recommend your hotel to friends and family.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at!

Outdated room, terrible front desk customer service they were so serious and miserable. Tv remote wasn’t working. Pillows are awful. I got no sleep because from 8am the maid was super loud in the hall way talking to guests walking by as the walls are so thin! They don’t have room service you can text your order and then go downstairs and pick it up… I’ve never experienced this before. The food was awful, nothing like what I thought I was ordering. I ordered panko crusted Mac n cheese and I got runny cheese penne. This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at considering I spent 260 dollars for one night. I’m appalled.

I like staying here and have many times. Property has dining but I find that it is missing the free breakfast for travellers. This could be a massive draw as this hotel is well established but far from the downtown location (as far as travel around Toronto is concerned).
