Bad place. No reception when needed. Broken AC , spider web hanging off the sealing . Hair trims under the bedsheets. Was a total mess. Not worth what I paid for. Not happy.

Overall average stay, check in and check out was fast, breakfast was really good! but lot of little things that made the stay somewhat annoying. - Got stuck/locked out of our room for a while as the room cards provided didn’t unlock the door. Kept rejecting the cards. - Didn’t like that upon check in we had to wait for towels so we could be able to shower. No towels or shampoo/conditioner were in the rooms upon arrival. - Bathroom had cockroaches — saw two cockroaches crawl behind the bathroom wallpaper and between the broken sink tiles as we were getting ready and packed to check out. - When turning on the AC in the suite, it was emanating a musty odor around the room, made us not want to turn it on at all but it was way too hot without it. But you get wait you pay for.

This isnt a review on the frontdesk. He really did try his best. The ac doesnt work. The pillows feel bad. The room is quite old. Importantly* i forgot some clothes in the room there and woodbine wouldn't answer my calls. If you call them with a. new number they answer tell you to call back but would never call again.
