Ornate decorations/finishings in the building and very clean rooms, though little things (chipped caulking, peeling wallpaper) gave impression of infrequent maintenance/attention. However, I was very comfortable and enjoyed my stay.

The wallpaper in the room was coming off, the air conditioning was falling off the wall and there were stains on the bed. The door would not lock and there were people in the hallway fighting.

Room was badly maintained from damaged desktop and nightstands to large gunk spots on bathroom mirror. Room was very small. Outdated establishment and no shuttle to/from airport. Spent $70 just to get there and back to airport.
