Check in time is too late, check out time is too early, Room was not cleaned and bathroom sink drain was clogged so we could barely use it. Food options are very limited. Mostly pub food anywhere near the resort. On the positive side, the staff is extremely nice and accommodating (except for a denied request for a late check out. The position of the State Side hotel is very convenient with ski in / ski out right from the ski locker room. Ticket office, ski shop and ski rental facilities on the premises are very convenient also

The room was clean however the bedding was not. Hair and spilled food were all over it. The staff was nice for the most part though not very helpful or forthcoming with information pertinent to my stay.

We stayed in one of the cottages, not in the main hotel. The cottage was clean, warm, very well provisioned (even filters for the coffee machine!). We had a great time and will definitely return for a future holiday.

Room was basic. Comfortable and cozy with great views. Sofa couch was terribly uncomfortably. Every spring poking into my back all night. Other annoyance included the cabinets in the kitchen. No handles. You had to pull at the doors with your fingertips. Otherwise, price was good and location can’t be beat. Max at the waterpark was great with the kids. He took pride in his work and I was thankful for him. We’ll be back but please upgrade the beds.

Bathroom was disgusting, had bugs falling on us in the night-was told this was normal-and overall crappy service. This resort has gone downhill and for the price they ask it should have been better.

Was bummed that it was not clear that the water park was not included in my rate. Sounded like everyone there that booked through Expedia were also surprised. Shower wasn't warm after the lifts closed for the day. But the room was nice and the restaurant was very convenient

The room was not good quality, mold and bad smell. We where expecting to be in the main building to enjoy the water pump facility, but we were located in a condo outside the main building. Very bad service at reception and from Expedia to change the situation. Nothing got resolved, and spent a lot of time trying on my end.

Jay Peak and surrounding area are exceptional Room was adequate, however dresser had 3 drawers that would not stay closed and 1drawers handle was missing a screw to secure it, I counted 11 bugs on walls and ceiling, when reported to front desk his response was “yeah they are everywhere “
