First room we were assigned had exposed wires,holes in the wall and human bodily fluids on the sheets. After reporting to front desk, was "upgraded" to second room that had urine stains on the sheets. Third room had blood on the sheets and mold in the cabinets. After moving to two more rooms, both unclean and witnessed by maintenance, gave up after ten pm and moved to a different hotel. Reaching out to general manager next morning was met with rudeness and we were hung up on. I would not and could not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Fun time in Tucson

Great service at checkin, cookies and water free. Room was comfortable and clean..just noisy neighbour as has adjoining room..but it was close to pool and breakfast room. Happy hour room was good meeting place with free drink and popcorn, especially nice as it was too cold to sit by pool. Area had good Mexican restaurant a few blocks down on Oracle.

We wouls definitely stay here again on a trip to Tucson. The hotel was near a lot of restaurants and stores for easy shopping. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Staff was very nice and quick to respond to our needs. The breakfast was also very good, they had plenty of options ( eggs, potatoes, waffles, sausage, cereal, etc).

Adequate room. No view.(We did not request a view) Clean. Friendly. Easy check-in. Cordial desk attendant. Room requests quickly met. Overall a pleasant hotel.

Good place to stay.

Trey the evening front desk clerk at my check-in, was wonderful. As well as the gentleman when I checked out. I did have difficulty charging my phone in my room. So he put my phone on his charger up front. The Cafe staff were pleasant as well. Housekeeping did not touch my room while I was there. But I didn't need any additional towels or anything.

Good place to stay!

The front desk gentlemen Trey and another young man were very helpful and pleasant. Also the staff in the Cafe were nice and kept the food available. A good variety of food for breakfast although bacon should be served every other day if not every day. The early evening happy hour is nice. The room was of good size 2 queen beds, I stayed 5 days, the room did not have house keeping while I was there. Which was okay for me I didn't need any extra towels Location was prefect, for visiting my family north and south of the Tucson.

The hotel room we got smelled really bad at first we thought it was the sink then the carpet but it turned out to be the ac . The rooms are not outdated and one of the sheets had a stain. I think the cleaning staff needs to do better

God it could be better

For the price the room was good; however, when other rooms were using the toilet and shower the running water was noisy. The free breakfast could be better and laid out better to be more efficient. The outside of the Pecos Cafe(?) needs to be cleaned up and presentable.

Walls are thin so i could hear everything in the room next to us. Curtains don't close to keep light out and are very thin. Felt like people waking by could see in. Front d3sk staff was ok not very friendly though. Breakfast was lacking, no meat no yogurt no fruit...just eggs and alot of carbs. Bed was extremely hard, pillows were nice and fluffy. We won't be back.
