Hotel poorly maintained and not reflected in the Expedia advertised pictures. Swimming pool poorly maintained with debris floating on surface and chipping plaster. Also, pool was advertised as heated, but not unable.

Nice garden area, patio and hot tub. Hot, free breakfast with no variety over 4 days. Bed sheets old and made up over plastic sheet - not plush or modern feeling. Good shower with lots of hot water and decent towels. No bottled water available, even with $18 daily "resort" fee. Price per night was quite reasonable.

Property is old, not updated, on a busy 6 lane road. Breakfast was subpar, pool was not heated, which was disappointing. The second night we had to change rooms due to very loud music being played in the room next door when we were trying to sleep. But the staff was very responsive to our request.

The garden side of this motel is very nice but its spoiled by the non-stop music playing from sunup to sunset. Seriously all the guests were grumbling about the tinny loudspeaker blasting into the public areas. Otherwise, a nice little place easy to get to, nice staff, clean.

Everyone was very nice. Sure, the place is a little older and the room slightly smaller, but the balcony was good sized. I had a very comfortable stay. The breakfasts were tasty. I didn't try the bottomless mimosas because I was working, but I appreciated the flavored creamer. The shower was nice and hot

Fabulous property, clean and convenient to all of Tucson! The staff were friendly and the price was right. We loved the breakfast on the patio every day. Will DEFINITELY be back next time we're in Tucson!

This place was absolutely perfect to me. I spent seven nights here. Five nights in a casilita, and 2 in a basic third floor room with balcony. I flew to Phoenix, drove to Tucson, didn't even have a hotel reservation. Drove by this place that caught my eye, turned around walked it and booked. The rest is now a memory

Breakfast was awesome. Staff awesome. Room clean. The casita I stayed in needs new carpet. Shower and bath update. Pool needs alot of work. Broken tiles and steps. Sharp corners.
