Hidden gem in Tucson

We love staying here because of the quiet location, amazing breakfasts and comfy beds. Staff is friendly and lots of shopping and dining options within walking distance.

Place was fine for a one night stay. Room was right next to the elevator and was very loud all night long. That and the bed not being very comfortable led to little sleep that night.

This hotel is located in a business office complex. We stayed on a Sunday night and it was very quiet. There are numerous restaurants and retail facilities within walking distance (or only a very short drive away). Great stay!

We were very happy to find such a clean nice quality hotel. The staff was very accommodating and they helped us have a joining rooms with other family staying with us. The breakfast and bed were good. We thought the overall location of the hotel was good for our needs. Coming back to the hotel for the second night we found the outside door hardware separated from the door by about a quarter inch. (Nobody got into the room and nothing was taken. Also even in that state the door could not be opened. Also the overhead light by the kitchenette died the second night. A contract maintenance guy fixed the door hardware next day. He said he’d be back to fix the overhead light, but never came back. We were at the hotel for six nights and had an overall good time in Tucson, but the hotel should have taken care of a relatively minor problem as soon as they could. The front desk did offer us a room change after our notice of the problems, but we did not change rooms.

We had a wonderful time. Came into town to visit University of Arizona. Breakfast in the morning was just right with choices to feed us all. Staff service always with a smile and staff greeted us throughout our stay. Walked into a cool temperature room, clean kitchen, and clean bathroom. I am a stickler for having a clean shower as to going barefoot or using shower shoes. I did not need my shower shoes. Thank you.

Reservation not there at check-in

The hotel staff were very helpful. The room was good. However, they did not have my reservation from hotels.com. In order to get me in a room, they put it on my card and then reversed the charge a few hours later when they were able to get an Expedia card (?) I'm very disappointed in Hotels.com. The hotel staff handled it well.
