Not very clean, smelled of mildew and rust

Was able to check in just fine. The place was dirty, one bed appeared to be slept in. No TV, the pics posted are only good angles to appear decent. Floor tile’s broken, dishwasher did not work, bathroom tub had mold and they spray painted over it, we did not use that one and the toilet was dirty. The host got back to me regarding my stay 3 days later and after discussing the issues to figure out accommodations, she would no longer respond. It was myself and daughter on a college family weekend. Would not stay here again. And priced too high for the quality.

No washer dryer, no TV, no trash pickup but we were in tucson for work so it served its purpose.

Barely Okay

The house number is hard to see from the street. Rental kitchen was not very clean. Two out of three beds were very, very hard. The kitchen cookware was limited and the oven did not work. The rental smelled of cigarette smoke off and on. It was quiet and a Dollar General is within walking distance. Parking on the street was alright. Plenty of dining seating. Generous amount of bedding.

Good for 3 guys on golf vacation

This was Good for 3 guys on golf vacation. Good location for the courses in north Tucson. My wife would not be happy but she wasn’t on this trip. There was no glassware and only 2 coffee cups. I had my coffee in a bowl. There was mouse droppings / poo in various locations including the silverware drawer. For 3 golfers we just dealt with it -

Winter Haven area

Has a large kitchen, however, lacks kitchen items. The owner did have a coffee maker & toaster delivered the following day. We did certainly appreciate it.
