Parking was fine. Small parking lot right outside the room. No one was ever at the front office, door stay locked. The bed was super uncomfortable. Felt like there was plastic over the mattress. Pillows were pretty much pillow-less. 2 nights of no sleep. BUT if you’re just there for a fun foot ball weekend can’t beat the price.

Roches in room 27. Pot smoking down the corridor and could smell all night. Parking to room not convenient. No hot water from the shower. Looked like drugs were being sold at the end of the motel off and on. Trip a week ago when we stayed here and room was across from the office was pleasant and non of that was going on. Bit the trip stay last night was like we were in a completely different motel.

I came in for a football game and it was convenient, clean, and staff was friendly. If all you need is a quick place to stay and you're not spending much time in your room.This is perfect for a football game weekend. The price point was great compared to an outrageous prices in downtown.

The woman at the front desk was an absolute gem! She made us feel welcome and she was so accommodating! We booked 2 rooms for the Bama TN game and she made sure we had rooms next to each other. The room was decent and clean (with the exception of the shower curtain and barn door) We had no issues with our car or feeling safe. RTR

Overall, it was OK. I was a little disheartened that the pillowcases, sheets and comforter all had stains on them. Also, the blinds didn’t totally cover the window, so someone could see in when they walked by. Finally if you’re going to gouge people because it’s an event weekend at the university, you could at least step up the quality of your bedding and towels. The ratings that were given by others were misleading or they have very low standards.

Very nice people that work there. They even called and asked if they could do anything else to make our stay more comfortable. The room was clean and parking was easy. Definitely would stay there again.

We booked a room last minute for the weekend for the football game. It was pleasantly surprising. It is an old hotel and looks it from the outside but the rooms were completely remodeled and nice. It is only 3-4 miles from campus and has plenty of restaurants nearby.
