Room was not clean. Dental floss pick on a chair and candy on floor. Room not ready until 2 hours and 45 minutes after it was promised. Reservation was made over a day in advance. Hallway floors and stairs were filthy. Breakfast staff did not speak English.

The breakfast was not good. The pancake machine was messed up, the toaster oven thingbthey had was not set right so it burnt the begal. The sausage was not good and the eggs were terrible. The orange juice looked funny and tasted funny.
