The level of customer service is impressive. The staff is genuinely sweet and so accommodating. The room was clean and had a lovely view of the pool. The restaurant staff were all so sweet and accommodated my vegetarian diet. Thank you, Lia, Apriani, and Dian, for taking great care of me during my stay.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, contributing to the boutique hotel’s warm and personalized atmosphere. Being a smaller hotel, the staff takes the time to remember most guests, tailoring their service to meet individual needs, which makes the stay feel even more special.
